Job Details

Health and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Report any hazards, incidents, or near-misses immediately according to protocol.
  • Maintain safe work practices and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Participate in Health & Safety meetings and training when required.

 

Operational Objectives

Learner Data Administration

  • Capture, verify, and maintain learner information in the company’s internal database.
  • Upload learner competencies and achievements to external LMS platforms, including CETA, DOEL, QCTO, and IWH.
  • Ensure compliance with SETA and regulatory reporting requirements.

Training Material Management

  • Prepare, organise, and distribute training materials for consulting facilitators.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of training resources and ensure availability for scheduled sessions.
  • Liaise with facilitators to confirm material requirements ahead of training dates.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all learner records and uploads meet quality assurance standards.
  • Keep abreast of changes in LMS requirements and SETA/QCTO compliance guidelines.

General Office Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the training coordination team.
  • Assist with scheduling, document filing, and communication with learners and facilitators.
  • Submission of attendance registers to client who sends requests.

 

 

Management and Compliance

  • Ensure all learner records and uploads meet quality assurance standards.
  • Keep abreast of changes in LMS requirements and SETA/QCTO compliance guidelines.

 

 Personal Development

  • Engage in continuous professional development relevant to administrative and LMS functions.
  • Attend at least one training, workshop, or course annually to support career growth.
  • Participate in performance reviews and implement agreed development actions.
  • Seek opportunities to improve systems, processes, and personal efficiency.
