We’re Hiring! Bitrix24 Workflow and Automation Specialist
Are you a Bitrix24 Workflow and Automation Specialist who can do more than just data capture? Can you configure modules, interpret business processes, and confidently lead client discussions? We’re looking for someone who’s not only technically skilled but also comfortable engaging directly with customers and acting as their main point of contact throughout implementation.

What You’ll Do:
- Join client discovery sessions with our sales team to understand business operations
- Interpret requirements analytically and configure Bitrix24 settings, modules, and automation workflows accordingly
- Act as the main point of contact for the client during the implementation phase—this includes regular update meetings, requirement discussions, and clear communication
- Rigorously test all configurations and ensure solutions meet client expectations
- Manage project timelines and task tracking
- Respond to support tickets within SLA timeframes
- Maintain proper documentation in Bitrix24 Drive
- Collaborate with team members and escalate when needed
- Handle data imports/exports using Excel filters and extractions
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience implementing Bitrix24 is strongly preferred
- If you haven’t worked on Bitrix24:
• You must have implemented other CRM or workflow systems NOT only worked on it.
• You will be required to complete a practical skills assessment (we don’t just go by what’s on your CV—we want to see you in action)
- Must be able to configure modules, workflows, and settings—not just enter data
- Comfortable interpreting requirements that aren’t always written down step-by-step
- Confident in client communication—you’ll lead update calls and be their go-to person
- Solid Excel skills—filters, cleanups, and formatting for data migration are part of the job
- Bonus: Basic Level 1 HTML formatting knowledge
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
ð¹ Key Requirement:
Proven work experience implementing and customising Bitrix24 (or other CRM/workflow systems). This must include actual configuration of modules, workflows, and settings — not just capturing data or running reports.
ð¹ Education:
Minimum Matric is required.
A tertiary qualification is preferred, as it often supports structured and analytical thinking.
However, we recognise that real ability to apply your mind can come from experience too — we value thinking skills over titles.
ð¹ Language:
Proficient in English, as it is the primary language used with our clients and internally.
Any additional languages will be a great bonus for our team and our diverse client base.
ð¹ Driver’s Licence:
A valid driver’s licence is required, as occasional travel to client sites may be necessary.
Work Location Requirement:
- You must be based near our Linden office (Johannesburg).
- For the first month, you’ll work full-time from the office.
- After that, hybrid work may be considered based on your ability to work independently and deliver quality work.
