Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and drive the operations of our branch, with a strong focus on sales performance, manufacturing productivity, and efficient dispatch and logistics. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management
Drive branch sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to grow customer base and revenue.
Manage the sales team; set clear targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training.
Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Manufacturing Oversight
Plan, schedule, and oversee manufacturing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
Ensure quality control standards and safety regulations are upheld.
Work with production supervisors and teams to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
Identify areas for efficiency improvements in machinery, workflow, and manpower.
- Dispatch & Logistics
Oversee the entire dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Manage warehouse operations including stock control, space utilization, and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to improve delivery timelines and reduce errors.
- Financial & Operational Management
Manage branch budgets, P&L, and report on financial performance.
Monitor and control costs in line with business targets.
Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety, and labor laws.
- Team Leadership & Development
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team across departments.
Create a positive, performance-driven culture.
Identify training and development needs, and build succession plans.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of management experience in a multi-functional operational role.
Proven track record in meeting business targets and improving operational performance.
