A Durban based company are seeking a capable and experienced Branch Manager for their Johannesburg location, who will lead operations with humility, hunger, and emotional intelligence. This role blends strategic leadership, financial oversight, and people-centric management to drive branch success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multi-functional branch team—sales, operations, logistics, admin—to deliver on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage branch P&L, budgets, cost control, and financial reporting—ensuring profitability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand revenue, grow client base, and elevate market presence.
- Oversee inventory, dispatch, warehouse, and supply chain operations—ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Foster a humble and collaborative culture anchored in emotional intelligence, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff while representing the company’s brand with integrity and empathy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in branch or operations management with P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and operational efficiency.
- Strong financial literacy, including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Excellent people-management skills, humility, emotional intelligence, and authenticity.
- High resilience, adaptability, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in the signage, digital print, or distribution industry.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems.
