Yellowdot Africa, a prominent Digital VAS company, is looking for a dynamic and sharp Business Leader to lead its South Africa business to new heights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving a revenue target of 20 million rands per month in Digital VAS profits through key accounts with various Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).

The Business Leader will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and   help the client succeed. The Business Leader will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.



  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and elevate the business to its full potential.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and MNOs to maximize business opportunities.
  • Utilize extensive experience in Digital VAS, Telecoms, and Business Development to drive innovation and expansion.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and lead the team towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Establish and foster strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and drive business success.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the company.

  • Proven track record of successfully growing businesses and revenues in the Digital VAS sector.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
  • Extensive experience in Digital VAS, Telecoms, and Business Development.
  • Well-connected with the industry to facilitate valuable partnerships and collaborations.
  • Strategic thinker with impeccable problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in BCom Business Management, Business Development, Sales or any other relevant field
  • 6+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience managing large account portfolios in Digital VAS industry a MUST
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Product management skills an added advantage
