Job Details
We are seeking a Skilled Contracts Line Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the contracts department and all construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in the HVAC, ventilation, air-conditioning, Glass and aluminium industry and the roofing industries.
Key Responsibilities
– Plan, organize, and control construction projects
– Supervise subcontractors and staff on-site
– Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety standards
– Liaise with contractors and managers to ensure smooth coordination
– Prepare and manage work schedules for staff
– Maintain detailed records of site activities
– Organize equipment and manpower to meet project deadlines
Required Experience
– Proven track record in the HVAC industry
– Extensive experience in Ventilation, Air-conditioning, and Roofing
– Previous role as a Site Supervisor (essential)
Qualifications & Skills
– Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
– Excellent organizational and communication skills (essential)
– Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
– Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
