We are looking for a CRM and solutions administrator to interpret and implement solutions for clients on Bitrix24. Bitrix24 is an all-in-one platform that provides a suite of business tools and solutions. 

  • You will need to interpret a project scope and assist in the setup of a customer-required solution. Interpretation of customer requirements and requests will be key in this position.
  • Technical skills are required and you will have to apply your mind when a solution is requested and not only execute a list of tasks.
  • You will interact with customer’s to clarify their requirements and provide feedback on the progress of the setup.
  • The position will require your attention for multiple implementations at the same time.
  • The position is hybrid but you will be required to work at the office for the first month and the number of days thereafter will be agreed upon based on the 1st months experience. 
  • The office is based in Linden, Randburg, Johannesburg. 

 Responsibilities

  • Implementing and supporting custom solutions for clients on Bitrix24
  • Consulting with customers regarding solutions required and Bitrix24 related queries
  • Support general setup that has been done by FullView for multiple customers
  • Assist the technical team in development of modules
  • Build entities, forms, workflows, dashboards and reports on Bitrix24
  • Develop user manuals according to implementation of processes

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 2 years work experience with any CRM software
  • Matric
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong technical abilities in computer software setup
  • A passion for technology
  • Knowledge of business processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness and openness to learn
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Problem solving skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking

Bonus skills

  • Knowledge of Bitrix24
  • A qualification in IT or Business related fields
  • Experience using CRM
  • Experience in customer engagement and query management
