Are you ready to take ownership of strategic client relationships and drive growth in the hospitality tech space? South Africa’s leading POS solutions provider, and play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our key group accounts in Gauteng.

What You’ll Do:

 Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with key group clients 
  • Ensure smooth coordination of group activities, including rollouts, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and supplementary product deployments.

 Sales Growth & Upselling

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and upsell targets.
  • Identify opportunities for new and supplementary product offerings within existing accounts.
  • Increase the companys’s market share within assigned accounts and the region.

 New Business Development

  • Source and secure new franchise groups in the region.
  • Build strong relationships to generate ongoing business and referrals.

 Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver exceptional service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain positive relationships that reinforce the companys’s reputation for reliability and innovation.

 Operational Coordination

  • Oversee new store openings, system upgrades, and refresh projects for group accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all project milestones are met according to client timelines and GAAP standards.

 Administrative Accuracy & Reporting

  • Update all sales activities, opportunities, and client information in Salesforce daily.
  • Submit accurate reports, forecasts, and feedback on time.

 Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive, performance-driven team culture.

We are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Growth Partner Hospitality, B2B sales, or hospitality tech solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with POS and CRM (Salesforce) systems and hospitality technology (advantageous).

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
