Manage APIs and workflows so data flows seamlessly between HR, payroll, and analytics teams.

Select, launch, and optimize new HR technologies. Champion vendor partnerships and ongoing platform support.

Your DNA:

Bachelor’s in HR, IT, Data Analytics, or similar (bonus for advanced HRIS/Data Science/SAP skills)

8+ years in HR tech management, 5+ years in a senior HRIS/data leadership role (retail exposure a major plus)

Tech stack transformation, system integration, and vendor management mastery
