A business specializing in compliance solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead their international VAT Compliance Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams in South Africa, the US, and the UK to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:
- Defining and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Managing and developing team members, fostering their skills and productivity.
- Driving higher sales numbers for the entire organization.
- Handling larger deals and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Setting key targets in collaboration with the Managing Director.
- Working with the Marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage sales operations.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

- Desired Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in professional sales roles, preferably in an international context.
