Human Resources & Industrial Relations Administrator

Based in Gauteng, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals who’ll mentor you as you develop your HR and Industrial Relations expertise from day one.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes

Draft HR and Industrial Relations documentation with precision and professionalism

Support hearings and IR procedures, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy

Help drive recruitment and onboarding initiatives to build strong teams

Maintain HR compliance and meticulous records management systems

Coordinate inductions and training programmes for new team members

Administer Employment Equity processes and documentation

Conduct criminal background checks and coordinate substance testing procedures

Support incapacity, retrenchment, and relocation processes with sensitivity and care

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

HR/IR Qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree)

6 months to 1 year of HR/IR experience

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Solid computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Exceptional attention to detail with an absolute commitment to confidentiality

Ability to stay composed and productive under pressure

Problem-solving mindset and strong administrative capabilities

Driver’s licence and own transport (highly advantageous)
