A payment solutions provider is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer specializing in recruitment to join their Human Resources team.  

In this role, the HR Officer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our company’s growth objectives. Additionally, this role will involve assisting with monthly reporting and contributing to various HR projects to enhance the compay’s overall HR processes and initiatives.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO: 

  • Talent Acquisition:  
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates 
    • Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates 
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit 
  • Sourcing and Networking:  
    • Proactively identify potential candidates through networking, industry events, online communities, higher institutions and other relevant channels 
    • Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future job openings 
  • Candidate Experience: 
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process 
    • Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements (if applicable), and logistical details to facilitate a seamless candidate experience 
  • Monthly Reporting: 
    • Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly recruitment metrics and reports, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sourcing effectiveness 
    • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on recruitment data to enhance overall hiring processes and outcomes 
  • Project Support: 
    • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement initiatives 
    • Contribute ideas, insights, and best practices to support the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization 

REQUIREMENTS  

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology, retail or financial services industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Emotional intelligence: Ability to understand and manage one’s own emotions and effectively navigate interpersonal dynamics to build trust and rapport with candidates and colleagues 
  • Strong Reporting Skills  
  • Tech savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
