As both businesses continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to become the central point of contact for all incoming enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communication.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively coordinate communication between customers, production teams, and external sales representatives.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Internal Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling all incoming sales enquiries, telephone calls, emails, quotations, customer orders, and after-sales communication for both Prenox and Motorradical.

The successful candidate will act as the communication hub between customers, dealers, external sales representatives, production, procurement, and dispatch departments to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient order processing.

This is a highly visible role requiring professionalism, initiative, excellent communication skills, and strong administrative capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Sales Support
Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
Manage all incoming customer enquiries received via email, telephone, website forms, and social media platforms.
Prepare and issue quotations accurately and timeously.
Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Maintain excellent customer relationships.
Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
Provide customers with order status updates, lead times, and delivery information.
Ensure a consistently high level of customer service.

Customer Communication
Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, dealers, and colleagues in both English and Afrikaans.
Draft professional emails, quotations, and correspondence in both languages when required.
Represent both Prenox and Motorradical in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Sales Administration
Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
Update and manage CRM systems.
Generate quotations, sales reports, and administrative documentation.
Track and manage sales opportunities from enquiry through to order placement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Assist with pricing updates and quotation templates.
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow-up actions.

External Sales Representative Support
Liaise daily with external sales representatives.
Distribute and track incoming sales leads.
Coordinate customer visits and follow-up requirements.
Assist sales representatives with quotations, customer information, and sales administration.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and external sales personnel.
Assist with dealer support and relationship management.

Internal Coordination
Liaise with production, procurement, stores, and dispatch departments.
Follow up on order progress and delivery schedules.
Ensure customer expectations are effectively managed.
Coordinate internal communication to ensure efficient workflow.
Assist management with sales and operational administration as required.

Social Media & Marketing Support (Advantageous)
Monitor incoming enquiries from social media platforms.
Assist with updating company social media pages.
Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
Assist with customer communication initiatives and promotional activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Essential Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric.
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service, Sales Administration, or a similar role.
Strong computer literacy.
Proficiency in:Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Professional telephone etiquette.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Advantageous Qualifications & Experience
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial equipment, or motorcycle-related industries.
Experience using CRM systems.
Experience preparing quotations and processing orders.
Social media and digital marketing experience.
Technical aptitude and ability to understand manufactured products.
Experience dealing with dealers and distribution networks.
