Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Internal Salesperson to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solid experience with Microsoft Office applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, orders, and sales data.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Support the external sales team with follow-ups, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Assist in stock control and basic product administration.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • General administrative support related to the sales department.

 

Requirements

  • Preferably female with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in sales support, internal sales, or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for basic marketing and communication tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales Support & Conversion: Timely preparation of accurate quotations and processing of orders.
  • Customer Service: Response time to client inquiries (email/phone/social media) within 12 hours.
  • Sales Growth Contribution: Achieve or support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Administration Accuracy: Maintain error-free sales documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Social Media Activity: Regular posting, engagement, and growth of followers on company platforms.
  • Team Support: Timely delivery of reports and updates to external sales representatives and management.
