Internal Sales Rep

·        Provide respectful, professional and efficient service to telephone customers and walk in customers..

·        Prepare quotations for customers, follow up on outstanding quotes.

·        Processing of invoices, managing of credit notes.

·        Support external sales reps with inventory, quotes and invoices.

·        Achieve personal and branch sales targets .

·        Assist with all stock take.

·        Filing and administration as per ISO requirement.

·        Reporting (lost sales. Quotes, CAR).

·        Participate in ocmpany training initiatives ..

·        Identify and targetting new customers from an internal perspective.

·        Enroll potential new clients onto the BI online platform

·        Promoting new products and specials to the customers

• Manage buy outs.
