IT System Operation and Maintenance Personnel

Job description:

 

We are looking for a skilled and responsible South African IT system operation and maintenance personnel to join our team to maintain and optimize the company’s IT system to ensure the stable operation and efficient performance of the system. This position requires you to have a solid basic knowledge of IT, be familiar with various operation and maintenance tools and technologies, and be able to quickly respond to and solve problems in the system.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

– Responsible for the daily monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of South African IT systems (SAP, DMS, CRM, APP, official website and other systems) to ensure the stable operation of the system;

 

– Regularly evaluate the performance of the system, make optimization suggestions and implement improvement measures;

 

– Write and update operation and maintenance documents to record system changes and troubleshooting processes;

 

– Work closely with other departments to ensure that business needs are met in a timely manner;

 

– Pay attention to new technologies and trends in the IT industry, and continue to learn and improve your skills.

 

Job requirements:

 

– Bachelor degree or above in computer and other related majors, with more than 4 years of experience in IT system products, projects or operation and maintenance;

 

– Have good problem analysis and solving ability, and be able to quickly locate and solve system failures;

 

– Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to adapt to the working environment in South Africa;

 

– Excellent Chinese, English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate and cooperate fluently with colleagues in subsidiaries and Chinese headquarters.

 

Bonus points:

 

– Have work or study abroad in South Africa, be familiar with cross-cultural communication, and speak Chinese, English, and local languages;

 

– Have experience in products, projects and operation and maintenance in cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, APP, C-end system, B-end system and other fields;

 

– Hold relevant certifications, such as RHCE, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, etc.
