Purpose of the Role

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses into Tsebo Solutions Group. Reporting to the Strategic PMO, you will coordinate cross-functional activities, track progress, and support change management efforts to ensure successful post-acquisition transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate integration activities across departments including HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Commercial.
  • Support the Strategic PMO in planning, tracking, and reporting on integration milestones.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and workstreams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary.
  • Assist with change management and communication initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in project management, business integration, or consulting.
  • Experience in M&A integration or business transformation projects is advantageous.
