CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the powerhouse behind the sales engine, supporting the National Sales Manager with everything from diary mastery to deal-closing wizardry.

Juggle diary commitments, meetings, travel logistics, and reminders like a pro, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks

Hunt down high-level contacts at target companies, line up meetings with decision-makers, and confirm appointments with prospects an clients

Whip up quotations, proposals, costing sheets, and source supplier quotes based on site notes or deal requirements

Capture and process incoming leads on HubSpot CRM, allocating them swiftly and keeping the pipeline sparkling clean

Monitor tender platforms, track deadlines, prep first-draft proposals, compile submission packs, and nail timely deliveries

Compile weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports, plus board packs, agendas, minutes, and action trackers for meetings

Draft, format, and roll out sales SOPs and processes, driving the team to adopt them for peak efficiency

Chase cross-department handovers, follow up relentlessly on action items, and manage promo materials for events and functions

Handle admin like a boss: filing, scanning, printing, email follow-ups, and contractual docs to keep everything shipshape

REQUIREMENTS
