  • Designing and implementing systems including KPI’s and reporting.
  • Previous experience in a High-Performance culture.
  • Qualification level required for the position: Bachelor’s or equivalent level

    Technical skills required for the position: 

    • Ability to design and execute national sales plans aligned with the Company Objectives
    • Proficiency in sales data analysis to track performance and trends 
    • Ability to use CRM systems 
    • Ability to use Power BI and other platforms for analytics 
    • Financial and Commercial Acumen 
    • Understanding of profitability analysis Legal and Contract negotiations
    • CRM and Sales Technology tools 
    • Skilled in market research, segmentation and benchmarking 
    • Ability to set, Monitor and analyze sales KPI’s
