Job Details

A leading provider of innovative lighting solutions for commercial and industrial applications is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. This position plays a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and employee satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including salary, wages, taxes, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
  • Prepare and distribute payslips or payment reports
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
  • Reconcile bank statements and payroll reports
  • Generate payroll reports for management
  • Stay up to date on changes to payroll laws and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration
  • Proven experience with payroll software (e.g., Pastel Payroll, Payspace)
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
