SCOPE OF WORK
Office Administration
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- General filing
- Carry out administrative duties such as copying, typing, binding, scanning and courier of documents
- Make travel and accommodation arrangement
- Maintaining and ordering office stationery as required
- Assisting with promotional materials in conjunction with the Marketing department
- Establish, update, and maintain records of Company vehicles, protective equipment, safety statistics and assets when required.
- Compiling and maintaining contact lists of suppliers, clients and sub-contractors
Procurement (Assisting)
- Purchase Requisitions and Obtaining Quotes
- Initiate Supplier Credit Application.
- Compilation of Capex Docs
Document Control
- Capturing of Daily Dairies and Timesheets
- Weekly reporting to Operational Manager
- Compiling of Data Packs
- Scanning of Data Packs
Wages/HR
- Review and amend PRP against wage reports
- Submission of Approved wage file to Payroll
- Recording of Daily Site Dairies
- Splitting of wage cost between Regions and Customers
- Weekly wage reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric
- Relevant post matric qualification- certificate/diploma an advantage
Experience
- 5-year administrative experience
- Administrative Experience in the Industrial Services Industry (an advantage).
