SCOPE OF WORK

 

Office Administration

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • General filing
  • Carry out administrative duties such as copying, typing, binding, scanning and courier of documents
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangement
  • Maintaining and ordering office stationery as required
  • Assisting with promotional materials in conjunction with the Marketing department
  • Establish, update, and maintain records of Company vehicles, protective equipment, safety statistics and assets when required.
  • Compiling and maintaining contact lists of suppliers, clients and sub-contractors

 

Procurement (Assisting)

  • Purchase Requisitions and Obtaining Quotes
  • Initiate Supplier Credit Application.
  • Compilation of Capex Docs

 

Document Control

  • Capturing of Daily Dairies and Timesheets
  • Weekly reporting to Operational Manager
  • Compiling of Data Packs
  • Scanning of Data Packs

Wages/HR

  • Review and amend PRP against wage reports
  • Submission of Approved wage file to Payroll
  • Recording of Daily Site Dairies
  • Splitting of wage cost between Regions and Customers
  • Weekly wage reporting

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Relevant post matric qualification- certificate/diploma an advantage

 

Experience

  • 5-year administrative experience
  • Administrative Experience in the Industrial Services Industry (an advantage).
