  • Reaching Various targets and KPI’s as set by management

Sells Products and Services

  • Visit companies i.e. with fleets, motor dealers, staff deals to sell TWT products/services
  • Advise Customers on product availability, costs, performance & options
  • Advise Customer on correct requirement (e.g. tyre replacement as opposed to repair, correct size, application etc)
  • Identify and offer new/further sales/service opportunities (e.g. rims, batteries, wipers, PG products/4x4VAP’s etc.)
  • “Sell up” on specials

Build Customer Relations

·        Visit current and new customers to follow up on service/resolve complaints/build and maintain relationships

·        Identify and interpret Customer complaints/queries

·        Resolve Customer queries/complaints

·        After sales service

·        Customer service based on the Tiger Way

Administer Reports/Documents

·        Interpret alignment reports (graphic and column)

·        Explain reports to Customer (fault finding)

·        Compare reports

·        Generate and process Customer invoices

·        Check invoices for correctness

·        Generate TEC’s

·        Process orders

·        Generate quotations

Inspect/Test Product & Drive Cars

·        Check tyre condition by identifying reason/causes of defective tyres

·        Check rim condition

·        Drive car to verify defects

Inspection of vehicles

·        Conduct a through inspection of the vehicle via Tiger Inspect app

·        Note any damages to the vehicle

·        Note any valuables in the vehicle

Maintain high level of knowledge regarding the company and our services and products

Willingness to travel to see account customers, to other stores and for training

Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as requested

Understand KPI’s and present performance to management as required

Maintain high standards of housekeeping – own area as well as store overall

Manage incoming call as per the Tiger way and follow-up
