We are a US based company with strong South African roots. Our business started in Jo’burg in 2005 and later moved to the USA. We are now building out our engineering office’s in Cape Town (Century City) and Jo’burg (Greenstone Hill) to support our US operations and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
- Identify and evaluate suppliers of technical products and services
o PCBA
o Electronics components
o Cables and wires
o Custom cast and machined aluminum components
o IT and network components
o Private Wireless components
- Request and analyze quotations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions
Technical Evaluation
- Assess supplier offerings for compliance with technical specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define procurement needs
- Ensure purchased items meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards
Documentation & Systems
- Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate ERP system entries
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives and cost-saving projects
