Warehouse Manager

·      Compile and drive all strategies on Operations.

·      Spearhead initiatives to improve inbound and outbound operations, including reduction in error-rates , flow analysis, policy & procedure         reviews

·      Compile and implement operational policies and procedures

·      Define, drive, analyse and report on monthly Warehouse KPIs and output

·      Develop and train all team members to best practice standards

·      Deploy technology, digitisation and automation across inbound and outbound operations to improve customer service and contribute               towards stock accuracy

·      Define, implement and execute Standard Operating Procedures within Operations
