As a Customer Experience Specialist at The Unlimited, you will drive the digital transformation of our customer journey, lead quality engagements across all touchpoints, and ensure a seamless brand experience. You will leverage data insights to enhance customer experiences and influence change within the business.

If you have the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree)
  • 8 years of relevant experience within a customer experience environment, 4 of which are in a senior leadership role
  • Experience working in or with a brand team
  • Strong data-driven mindset and strategic outlook
  • Proven problem-solving ability and strong intuition
