We’re on the hunt for an IT Lead you passionate about building innovative AI solutions and integrating machine learning into real-world systems? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on emerging technologies? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you!

As an IT Lead, you will support the development and deployment of AI systems, build intelligent data pipelines, integrate AI capabilities into business processes, and optimize models for performance and scalability. You’ll also ensure ethical AI practices and collaborate with service providers to bring smart solutions to life.

 

If you have the following:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or IT (or 3+ years of equivalent AI/ML experience)

  • Experience with AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

  • Exposure to Generative AI or LLMs like ChatGPT, LangChain, or Hugging Face

  • A strong foundation in data pipelines, problem-solving, and agile teamwork
