Step into the heart of a busy apparel production floor, where garments move from concept to completed stock and every detail matters. This Production Assistant role sits right at the centre of the action, keeping admin tight, materials flowing and documentation spot-on so production never misses a beat.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• GRV finished goods, fabrics and trims accurately into the system
• Prepare invoice schedules and production documentation for smooth processing
• Print wash care labels and tech packs and ensure they’re ready when needed
• Coordinate sample sign-ins and track sample movement
• Process downsize requests and label changes with precision
• Source fabrics, trims and other materials and follow up with suppliers
• Assist with production queries and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Support Production Co-ordinators with their daily operational requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BE INVOLVED IN

Expect plenty of variety, from working with stock movements and paperwork to liaising with suppliers and keeping production records up to date. One moment you’ll be checking GRVs and updating systems, the next you’ll be sorting labels and tech packs for the next run, or chasing up materials to keep timelines on track. It’s a role where organisation, attention to detail and a love of structure really shine.

YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Have strong administrative skills and enjoy working with numbers and documents
• Are comfortable working with inventory or stock systems
• Can juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
• Communicate clearly and follow up effectively with internal teams and suppliers

• Enjoy supporting others and keeping operations running smoothly
