ð¼ What You’ll Be Doing

• Connecting with clients telephonically
• Collecting outstanding payments in line with company policies
• Promoting and selling First Group products & services
• Negotiating payment plans and closing deals
• Hitting (and smashing!) daily, weekly & monthly targets
• Keeping client records accurate and up to date

ð¯ What We’re Looking For

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• Sales, collections or call-centre experience an advantage – but not required
• Great communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven, positive attitude and resilience
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, punctual & team-focused
• Clear criminal record
