About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Design, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a large telesales team (200–500 people), ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Talent Development: Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term business success.
