DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Detailed interrogation of client needs and gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Helping the Organization to prioritise user stories for maximum impact and value.
  • Identifying, documenting, and supporting business process optimisation.
  • Work with technical leads to understand API integrations (message flows, error handling and field mappings)
  • Lead and scope digital projects.
  • Communicate with the software development team to ensure the clients requirements are understood and delivered on.
  • Work directly with clients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting user and training documentation.
  • Liaise with various industry partners around service integration and product offerings
  • Utilise business process modelling, use case type or data diagrams in order to understand, express a business problem, and communicating requirements.
  • Using existing platforms to build solutions that don’t require custom software development.
  • Continuous improvement across the Team and wider organisation

 REQUIREMENTS              

  • 3 – 5 years working experience in business / systems analysis.
  • Bachelor or Postgraduate degree/diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or Computer Science
  • Working experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban teams
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or similar.
