DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:
- Detailed interrogation of client needs and gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
- Creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Helping the Organization to prioritise user stories for maximum impact and value.
- Identifying, documenting, and supporting business process optimisation.
- Work with technical leads to understand API integrations (message flows, error handling and field mappings)
- Lead and scope digital projects.
- Communicate with the software development team to ensure the clients requirements are understood and delivered on.
- Work directly with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Communicate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting user and training documentation.
- Liaise with various industry partners around service integration and product offerings
- Utilise business process modelling, use case type or data diagrams in order to understand, express a business problem, and communicating requirements.
- Using existing platforms to build solutions that don’t require custom software development.
- Continuous improvement across the Team and wider organisation
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 years working experience in business / systems analysis.
- Bachelor or Postgraduate degree/diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or Computer Science
- Working experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban teams
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or similar.
