Engineering Manager: Mechanical

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager: Mechanical to lead and manage the mechanical engineering function within our business unit.   This role is responsible for ensuring the effective planning, delivery, and maintenance of all mechanical systems and infrastructure — including hydraulic systems, HVAC, pump stations, elevators, and associated equipment — while driving operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.   Key focus areas:

• Preventative maintenance planning and system optimisation
• Managing HVAC, hydraulic, pump, and mechanical infrastructure
• Leading projects, contractors, and upgrades
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Leading and developing a high-performing engineering team

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering + GCC
• ECSA registration
• 5+ years in a mechanical engineering management role
• Strong experience in large-scale plant and maintenance environments
