About the Role
We are looking for a client-focused, analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients across industries to understand their strategic goals, gather business requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, data-driven outcomes that create tangible value.
As part of a fast-paced consultancy, you’ll be exposed to a variety of projects, industries, and business challenges – ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, change, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritise business and technical requirements
- Analyse and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for transformation
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows for delivery teams
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and interviews with cross-functional client teams
- Work collaboratively with consultants, designers, developers and testers in Agile delivery environments
- Assist with change impact analysis and support the development of training, communications, and UAT materials
- Develop and present insights, reports and strategic recommendations to client executives
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets, proposals and business development initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to clients’ needs
Key Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Consulting Analyst, or similar role
- Demonstrated success in client-facing or stakeholder-heavy environments
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking; ability to simplify complex problems
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, Lucidchart)
- In-depth experience with data representation and dashboard building
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
Nice to Have
- Previous consulting experience at a Consulting firm
- Exposure to CRM/ERP systems, cloud platforms, or data-driven transformation
- Business analysis certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA)
- Experience in one or more industries: financial services, FMCG, logistics, mining and manufacturing
