Delivery Lead

Delivery Lead (Remote, South Africa)
A growing international professional services group is looking for a Delivery Lead based 100% remotely in South Africa. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands on leader who loves building, improving and delivering technology enabled services that delight clients.​

What you’ll be doing
Leading the design, development and delivery of new and existing products and services, including software enabled solutions.

80% of the role will be on design, development and delivery of the product and services
20% will be project management responsibilities

Translating service requirements into clear processes, workflows and software specifications.

Collaborating with software developers and external partners to build, test and roll out digital solutions and systems.

Developing service frameworks, operational processes, documentation and training materials.

Monitoring delivery performance, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.

Managing end to end delivery of projects, including timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder communication.

What you need to bring
Education: Degree level qualification in Business, Law, Accountancy, Computer Science, Software Development or a related field OR 5+ years’ equivalent professional experience.

MUST HAVE Experience: Proven experience in product development and delivery within professional services, compliance or related sectors (e.g. financial services).

Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies and workflow / digital tools.

Demonstrable project management experience and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Professional certifications in product delivery, service design or project management (or 5+ years’ equivalent experience).

Bonus: Additional qualifications or experience in governance, compliance or regulation.
