Financial Manager – Enablement & Strategic Support 

Location: Remote-first (Nodus Capital) 
Reports to: Managing Director | Direct Reports: 1 

 

Nodus Capital is seeking a proactive Financial Manager to enable partners and associates by delivering high-quality financial reporting, real-time dashboards, and operational support. You’ll own forecasting, reporting processes, compliance, and drive financial systems improvements that free up time for commercial teams to focus on strategic execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver accurate, real-time dashboards on margins, profitability, and forecasts. 

• Maintain month-end reports and build rolling cashflow forecasts. 

• Support transactions with financial packs, trackers, and data room setup. 

• Manage tax compliance and prepare for audits. 

• Lead financial system automations and data quality improvements. 

• Provide financial insights into team performance and project-level economics. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• B.Comm or CA(SA) with 3+ years’ experience in finance/accounting. 

• Proven ability to build forecasts, budgets, and insightful reports. 

• Strong technical skills (Excel, reporting tools). 

• Self-starter comfortable in a remote-first, high-performance culture.
