SDR with Quote-Savvy Hustle

This is not your standard SaaS SDR. You’re not cold-calling. You’re not handoff-only.
This is frontline triage + qualification + follow-up + quoting — with real deal momentum in your hands.

You’ll be our first human touchpoint for inbound leads — from high-end wedding planners to brand activation managers to solopreneur coffee cart dreamers.

You will:

  • Intake & qualify new inbound leads (form fills, emails, phone calls)
  • Understand goals & budgets, surface constraints, and align expectations
  • Own follow-up: Text, email, and call clients to nudge things forward
  • Draft and send simple quotes (and coordinate the complex ones)
  • Keep deals warm until they either convert, pause, or die cleanly
  • This role is pivotal: You set the tone, preserve senior bandwidth, and keep our pipeline alive.

Who You Are

  • You’re a strong communicator who can build trust fast and explain tradeoffs clearly
  • You know when to dig deeper, when to escalate, and when to disqualify fast
  • You understand entrepreneurs and brands — you know when to sell a dream, and when to sell a practical fallback
  • You’re structured and proactive — you don’t let follow-ups rot or let high-potential leads go cold
  • You have the voice and presence to guide customers on unscripted calls

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Native/Near-native English
  • 1–3 years in sales, customer support, or account management
  • Strong phone skills, clear writing, fast typist, organized follow-ups
  • Comfortable working full-time EST hours (14:00–23:00 CET) 
  • Strong judgment, commercial fluency, and ability to ask good questions
  • Competence with modern sales tools (Pipedrive, PandaDoc, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Remote role 
  • Experience with hospitality, brand activations, or mobile food
  • Familiarity with quoting, component pricing, or basic vehicle types
