Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a “hunter” sales professional who thrives on identifying new business opportunities and closing deals. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Sales Process Management:

Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.

Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, telematics, or fleet management solutions.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
