Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced top-notch Senior Vue Developer who is proficient in Vue.js to grow with their dev team and has a deep understanding of building web applications. As a Senior Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with their international projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. Your duties will include designing applications to meet project requirements, maintaining, and refactoring existing code, and fixing bugs. Another huge responsibility of this role is to manage the stakeholder relationship throughout, so a proven track record is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build complete web applications using Vue.js and integrate them within their development environment.
• Work with design team to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Supply detailed work estimates on a task-based level.
• Review others’ code to ensure delivery of high-quality functionality and contribute to an environment of learning and improvement.
• Break down features into manageable stories to allow for easier coding, reviewing, testing, and approval.
• Aide in training and mentoring of new and junior staff.
• Participate in retrospectives to gain knowledge and learning with the purpose of becoming a more effective team member and to build better teams for delivering higher quality products.
• Works independently with general supervision and demonstrates the ability to influence others within the job area.
• Set objectives within your role to meet the goals of projects and assignments while working to achieve operational targets.
• Manage the stakeholder relationship in order to ensure continues project growth and enhanced relationships

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field preferable.
• 5+ years of experience in Vue.js development.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues/bugs in code.
• An understanding of common programming paradigms and an ability to adapt to new ones as needed.
• Good Git knowledge and practices.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management at an executive level.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate professionally with both clients and team members.
• Highly adaptable and able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, technical solutions.
• Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage time well.
