Job Details
A leading manufacturer of water treatment equipment. We specialise in water filtration for the industrial, agricultural, commercial and municipal water sectors.
We need an experienced and efficient Office Assistant to join our team, working very closely with our MD.
Responsibilities:
- Collection of documents for material certifications
- Project management – take responsibility for certain projects, feedback and follow ups
- Follow up with suppliers
- Obtain pricings
- Complete technical drawings with relevant information required
- Work closely with the MD and assist where required with administration
Requirements:
- Extremely organised
- Great communication skills in English & Afrikaans
- Valid drivers licence
- Strong personality – someone who doesn’t take “no” for an answer
- Initiative to get things done
- MS Office skills (Excel – basic formulas)
- ERP – preferably Palladium, but experience on other ERP systems will work
