Brand Marketing and Design Executive

The role of Marketing and Design Executive requires a confident individual for the role.

We supply our products to major supermarkets, retailers, wholesalers and overseas to 10 countries as well as being sold via an ecommerce website.

You will be a very valuable member of the team, driving our  brands awareness across all our digital platform whilst working on packaging and design adverts. You will work closely with the founder and the sales team (they are based in the UK so you will be fully remote). NOTE YOU need to love getting things done!

What we are looking for:

Marketing/ Digital Marketing, Instore consumer/ Trade Marketing/ Website  (70%)

• Accountable for delivering marketing plan across various segments
• Content creation/ campaigns across all platforms e.g  Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook Youtube. Within content creation you will be editing, filming, writing captions).
• Tik Tok Lives
• Organising and scheduling all content across platforms/ live events.
• Working with the sales team on any instore retail marketing plans to deliver activation with return on investment.
• Monitoring and analysing the ROI on all marketing activities
• Executing 90 day content plans across digital platforms
• Working with PR team to ensure themes/ press is saved and communicated.
• Website content creation and working with developer

• Running in house affiliate programme contacting influencers and working to get our products recommended.
• Email Marketing- content and automation set up
• Consumer Shows and events booking
• Founder/ Mission lead content campaigns
• Working closely with founder on marketing strategy to execute localised and wider campaigns

Design  (20%)

• Produce high quality design work for Adverts/ Point of sale/ Banners/ that can be across digital or retail
• Monthly mailers/ slide decks on canva
• Packaging changes

Admin and Customer Service (10%)

• Processing samples/ orders for affiliates/influencers
• Customer Service responding to DMS, emails which feeds into social media responses.
• Responding to queries/ phone calls

Candidate Essentials:

• 3-5 +years demonstrable experience in Marketing or Design through degree or work experience/own portfolio.
• Experience in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe (A MUST HAVE)

• Excellent organisation and time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A can do attitude!

• Brand Marketing in food business required
• Experience in handling a marketing budget and tracking
• Able to demonstrate an adequate level of digital design skills from projects work to a personal portfolio
• Ability to work reactively and at speed in a quick turnaround environment.
• Experience in using video editing software
• Highly motivated and got the drive to want to achieve superstar results
• Capable of working unsupervised, as well as part of a team
• Strong customer service work ethic ensuring you always deliver on your promises
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
• Clean Driving License and car available to commute and travel
• Willingness to perform tasks as part of a small business outside typical job description to be discussed E.G Awards nights, trade shows.
