About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to handle general maintenance and repair tasks across our premises. The ideal candidate will be practical, versatile, and able to perform a variety of duties with minimal supervision. Must be stylish and embody our values, mission statement and core values.

Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
• Install doors, cupboards, shelving, counters, and other fixtures.
• Construct and repair wooden structures, frameworks, and fittings.
• Fit and install hardware such as hinges, locks, handles, and brackets.
• Carry out site measurements and material calculations.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and organised.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements
• Proven experience as a Carpenter.
• Solid knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Good mathematical and measuring skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
• Valid South African driver’s licence will be advantageous.
• Trade qualification or relevant certification will be beneficial.
