The Role – Client Success Specialist: Pack House System Support

As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our software. You’ll ensure users get maximum value from our systems through training, support, and relationship management.

You’ll play a key role in implementing and supporting tailored software solutions that deliver the reliability, depth, and flexibility DiPAR is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, remote session, or in person.
• Guide clients through the implementation, training and support of DiPAR’s software solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with client teams and stakeholders.
• Test and validate system updates or custom modifications.
• Deliver client implementation, training & support sessions remotely and onsite.
• Participate in after-hours or standby support on a rotational basis.

About You

You’re a people-focused problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments. You enjoy technology, understanding how systems work, and helping others use them effectively.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills in English (Afrikaans beneficial).
• A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Technical aptitude or experience in ERP / software systems / agri-business (advantageous).
