Vacancy: Enforcement Administrator
Location: Cape Town
Job Purpose:
The position of an Enforcement Administrator is required for the National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector in terms of its establishment Section 29(15)(a) of the Labour Relations Act as amended.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the compliance department and regional operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an appropriate Grade 12 certificate and/or equivalent.
- Post Matric Qualification in Labour Relations/Law, Administration and/or relevant.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Labour Relations, or Administration environment.
- Experience working in a Collective Bargaining environment an added advantage.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Knowledge of Labour Legislation and Bargaining Council’s Collective Agreements
- Above average verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Good administration skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point)
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Good stakeholder relations skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Deadline driven
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting walk in clients by responding to their queries or by putting them in touch with the relevant agent if required.
- Providing administrative support for all enforcement and compliance processes of the region.
- Co-ordinating arbitration processes for the region.
- Referring cases to the legal department for litigation processes.
- Maintain an efficient and secured filing system and control mechanisms for all files.
- Setting up meetings, drafting agendas and transcribing minutes.
- Consolidating weekly and monthly statistics for the region.
