CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and streamline financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful outputs for stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational teams across the business
- Provide guidance to OPS on cost centre design, set-up and optimisation to support effective cost management
- Analyse cost structures and highlight opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
- Translate financial data into clear, meaningful narratives that help non-finance stakeholders make informed decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational realities
- Support management with scenario analysis, budgeting commentary and performance insights
- Drive consistency and discipline in reporting standards and financial processes
REPORTING & ANALYSIS
- Strong reporting sits at the core of this role. There’s a big focus on creating structured, reliable views of performance and using them as a springboard for discussion and action. Expect a blend of recurring reporting and ad-hoc deep dives where your analysis genuinely moves the needle.
- Design and refine reporting packs and dashboards for finance and operations
- Identify trends, variances and key drivers in cost centres and operational performance
- Present findings clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Recommend practical actions based on data-driven insights
RELATIONSHIPS & INFLUENCE
- Success here hinges on interpersonal strength. This isn’t a back-office number-crunching role – it’s all about taking teams on a journey, building trust and guiding decisions.

REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or a similar corporate finance role
- Strong reporting skills with a proven track record in building and managing effective reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with operations and advise on cost centre requirements
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams
- Comfortable presenting complex financial information in a straightforward, accessible way
