CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Bookkeeping & Finance

Capture and process those daily financial transactions with speed and precision

Keep debtors and creditors in check, chasing payments and managing flows

Nail bank reconciliations to ensure every penny tallies perfectly

Lend a hand with VAT and tax submissions, staying ahead of deadlines

Maintain spot-on financial records that everyone can rely on

Support month-end processes to wrap up periods without a hitch

Handle monthly payroll, making sure the team gets paid on time, every time

Administration

Tackle general office admin and coordination, keeping the hub buzzing

Manage invoices, filing systems, and document control like a pro

Chat with clients and suppliers, building those key relationships

Follow up on outstanding info and docs to keep projects moving

Jump in on internal operational tasks that keep things ticking

Knock out ad hoc admin duties with your trademark efficiency

WHAT YOU BRING

Solid experience in bookkeeping, debtors/creditors, and reconciliations

Familiarity with VAT, tax submissions, and payroll processing

Strong admin skills, from filing to client liaison

Eye for detail and a knack for staying organised in a lively setting

Comfortable with financial software and office tools
