CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture and process daily transactions with precision
Assist with debtors and creditors to keep cash flow humming
Help with bank reconciliations for spot-on records
Support VAT and tax admin to stay compliant
Maintain accurate financial records that everyone relies on
Assist with month-end processes and monthly payroll
Handle general office admin, from invoices to filing systems
Communicate with clients and suppliers like a pro
Follow up on outstanding docs and info
Tackle ad hoc duties to keep things running smoothly
REQUIREMENTS
No experience needed – just bring your A-game and eagerness to learn.
Fully proficient in Afrikaans and English
Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
