Job Spec – Immigration/Recruitment Consultant

Reporting to: Sales Manager / MD
Overview of Role: Selling of Immigration and Recruitment Services to various countries
Location: In-Office at Waterford Place, Century City

 

Role objectives:

  • Manage leads provided in accordance with NWI systems and processes and in accordance with acceptable time frames
  • Reach and maintain sales target set by NWI
  • Advise clients and assess their eligibility under current legislation to emigrate or to apply for a visa/permit
  • Assist with the procurement of leads through new proactive methods
  • Job areas and priorities continually evolve to reflect new business developments.
  • The job description may change and evolve to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain monthly revenue targets set by NWI
  • Provide clients with true and accurate information at all times
  • Provide clients with quotations and relevant paperwork / contracts in a timely fashion
  • Respond to new leads within the time given ( 24 hours )
  • Build relationships with oversees employers to place candidates with
  • Look for and place candidates with oversees employers
  • Make sure candidates are “job ready” and emotionally ready to move abroad
  • Provide caseworkers with timely submission of client data for processes of visa/permit
  • Provide input and source possible new services to be offered to clients
  • Procure partners linked to the Immigration Industry to develop passive lead throughput
  • Maintain constructive & professional relationships with all staff and remain professional at all times
  • Maintain clean attire, maintain clean desk and respectable working environment
  • Always comply with the company code of discipline
  • Contribute to a happy and productive working environment

 

Physical Requirements for both roles:

  1. Must be under the age of 34
  2. Female or male

Immigration/Recruitment Consultant Role:

This person will be dealing with enquiries generated off of our website and qualifying and selling them. They will also be engaging in international recruitment initiatives, including identifying, sourcing, and qualifying candidates for overseas placement. Building and managing B2B relationships with international employers, ensuring alignment between client needs and candidate profiles to support successful hiring outcomes.

Often, warm immigration leads are delivered daily.

Must Have’s

The person must have:

  1. An unblemished track record in sales with experience covering 2 or more years
  2. The individual must be intelligent, streetwise and “with it” – or as they say in South Africa, “op it”
  3. The individual must have a serious view on career progression
  4. The individual must have a quiet confidence.
  5. The individual must be humbly hungry. A dark horse that aims to impress through actions, not words.
  6. The individual must be a genuine human being and that this character trait is easily observed and realised within 5 minutes of meeting them
  7. The individual must not have ego that prevents him or her from learning in this industry. Our sales process is unique and adaptation is always required
  8. Basic is between R7000 and R20000 per month based on experience with “ON TARGET” commissions averaging around R20k per month with senior consultants making in excess of R40k-R100k commission per month on top of their basics.
