Job Details

A fast-moving product environment needs someone who can keep the numbers sharp, the stock flowing, and the planning watertight. This role sits right at the heart of demand and supply coordination, making sure products, raw materials, and promotional kits move smoothly from plan to execution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive daily production scheduling for unrestricted demand and set building
  • Coordinate stock replenishment across multiple warehouses, including the Bell Park site
  • Monitor finished goods, raw materials, and new product stock levels to spot risks early
  • Raise same-day alerts for possible stock-outs, overstocks, and supply gaps
  • Maintain daily KPI trackers with clean, accurate, up-to-date information
  • Analyse raw material requirements weekly and flag safety stock breaches quickly
  • Support customs clearing instructions, inbound shipment tracking, and transport collections
  • Keep master data accurate through code creation, BOM updates, and system maintenance
  • Track supplier OTIF and SLA performance, following up on delays and confirmations
  • Prepare operational reports, supplier logs, clearing documents, and inbound trackers
  • Support the coordination of promotional kits, event orders, and outsourced projects
  • Quality check kit components, layouts, and stock reconciliations to avoid costly errors

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a similar field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in supply chain administration, inventory coordination, logistics, or buying support
  • Solid working knowledge of demand planning, production scheduling, stock control, and BOM management
  • Confidence working with Excel, ERP systems, and preferably Odoo
  • A methodical approach to planning, reporting, and documentation
  • Strong analytical thinking and a knack for spotting issues before they become problems
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines without letting accuracy slip
  • Comfortable working across warehouses, procurement, production, and other operational teams
  • A calm, practical mindset when priorities shift or supply challenges appear

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Highly accurate and detail-focused
  • Organised, structured, and dependable
  • Assertive enough to flag risks, yet collaborative in approach
  • Comfortable working to daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Resilient when things get busy
  • Curious about better ways of working and open to continuous improvement

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This is the kind of role where precision pays off. One accurate tracker, one timely replenishment, one well-handled supplier follow-up can keep the whole operation moving, protect product availability, and support smooth delivery across the business. If you enjoy turning data into action and keeping operations one step ahead, this could be a brilliant fit.

Every day brings a fresh mix of planning, problem-solving, and hands-on coordination, with plenty of variety and real responsibility along the way.
