As a Key Account & Trade Coordinator Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s sales ecosystem. A Key Account & Trade Coordinator assistant cultivates and builds strong customer relationships with assigned accounts. This role involves assisting the commercial team with listings and reports, while also ensuring smooth execution of trade promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities. This position assists by helping to ensure operational efficiency and effective trade execution.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Accounts Co Ordinator:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned client portfolios.
o Independent pharmacies and Sorbet channels – Subject to change
• Provide support to Key Account Managers including query resolution , reporting and communicating relevant updates
• Execute administrative tasks to facilitate efficient operations for Key Accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and support Key Account Management initiatives.

Direct Sales:
•Engage with existing customers and prospects to promote our products.
•Utilize database resources to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
•Conduct persuasive sales presentations via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person sessions.
•Independently manage trade interactions across salons/spas, boutique hotels, juice bars, wine estate stores, markets, and online platforms.

Listings:
•Co-ordinate with Trade Marketing and Key Account Managers to oversee and ensure completion of all retailer and e-tailer listing requirements
•Oversee and ensure all retailer and online platform listings are prepared and confirmed 8–10 weeks before the scheduled launch date
Point of Sale (POS) Stock Control:
•Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to fulfill requirements for Key Account managers , National Operations Manager, Sales Representatives and Promoters.
•Ensure timely availability of relevant point-of-sale materials for various accounts.
•Communicate effectively with the supply chain team to coordinate field sales representatives’ needs.
•Ensure adherence to launch timelines and coordinate closely with the Orders Department.
•Manage and oversee the distribution of all products and trade samples and sachets
•Ensure monthly POS count is completed, and accurate reporting is shared with both the Trade marketing and National Commercial manager.

Sales Administration & Reporting:
•Act as a liaison between departments to gather essential information for sales documentation.
•Collate and share summary of both monthly and/or quartley retailer incentives with National Operations manager
•Assist the National Commercial Manager and Trade Marketing Manager in generating required reports.

Essential Requirements:
•Previous experience in client relationships, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods sector.
•Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
•Demonstrated proficiency in sales administration and reporting.
•Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary.
