Job Details
An established business trading for more than 20 years in quality used office furniture is looking for an office administrator to join their team at their Distribution Centre in Strand.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Liaising with staff, clients,
suppliers & service providers Responding to emails & queries
Answering the phone Social media marketing
General office administration
Skills and Attributes:
Grade 12/Matric or equivalent
Own transport & valid driver’s license
Computer Literate (Outlook, office, Excel
POS experience would be a plus)
Good telephone manner
Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Team player Work well under pressure
Self-motivated, energetic, and well ORGANISED Punctual
