Operations and Site Supervisor

 

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations / Site Supervisor to support the day-to-day management of client sites within service-based and FMCG environments.

This role is responsible for assisting with operational performance, staff supervision, client engagement, and site administration, ensuring that service delivery meets agreed standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with entry-level to intermediate experience in site operations, supervision, or team leadership within industries such as:

• Cleaning services
• Waste management & recycling
• FMCG / production / logistics

 

 

Key Responsibilities Operational Support

• Assist with the daily management and smooth running of site operations
• Ensure service delivery is in line with client requirements and SLAs 
• Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency of site activities
• Support implementation of operational processes and systems
• Identify and escalate operational challenges, contributing to solutions

 

Staff Supervision

• Supervise and support on-site staff to ensure performance standards are met
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and work quality
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of employees 
• Promote a positive, disciplined, and safe working environment

 

 

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain good working relationships with clients and stakeholders 
• Respond to client queries and escalate issues where necessary
• Support service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

 

 

Reporting & Administration

• Capture and maintain accurate operational data and reports 
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
• Support payroll inputs (attendance, leave, etc.)
• Ensure documentation is completed and filed correctly

 

 

Logistics & Coordination

• Assist with coordination of materials, equipment, and service providers
• Ensure resources are available and used efficiently
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve operational issues

 

 

Health, Safety & Compliance (SHEQ)

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Promote correct use of PPE and safe working practices
• Report incidents and support implementation of corrective actions
